Job Description

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to helping our customers and businesses succeed. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and support to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer and business banking products and services
  • Provide exceptional client service, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver a seamless client experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
