Talent Acquisition Specialist

BGIS is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities, addressing legal and compliance issues related to talent acquisitions, and selecting and directly sourcing candidates to fill open requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select top talent for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of corporate progressive talent management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HVAC recruiting experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
