Job Summary
Solugenix Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance and support. This role is a contract opportunity that requires a strong background in IT support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to end-users.
  • Utilize imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, or Ghost for system setups.
  • Manage data backup and recovery processes effectively.
  • Assist in the installation, upgrading, and migration of operating systems to Windows 10/11.
  • Conduct full setups for new employees, ensuring all hardware and applications are configured correctly.
  • Establish and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Set up and resolve printer-related problems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $28 to $30 per hour, based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
