Position Overview
  • Assist the HR Records and Compliance Manager in managing HR compliance responsibilities for the HERRC and Central Office personnel.
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports and inform staff about upcoming and overdue compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, licensures, visas, and mandatory training by following up with employees.
  • Conduct compliance audits by reviewing personnel and background files for new hires, transfers, and salary changes.
  • Support the CO & EITS/EPIC HR team in file management tasks, including scanning, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes in OnBase.
  • Organize documents in OnBase and assist in the archiving and retrieval of personnel files and HR documents as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout all processes and assist in audits of background and personnel folders.
  • Help ensure compliance for all employees, including adherence to I9 regulations and audits.
  • Assist the HR operations team in posting job vacancies in PeopleSoft when necessary.
  • Support DOI investigations and the closure of memos.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

1. Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution; or

2. High School Diploma (or equivalent) accompanied by two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor/employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, or customer service.
