Job Summary:

Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled HR Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our HR practices meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Oversee EEO reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead employee investigations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support internal and external audits, including OFCCP audits.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
