Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role with a temporary to permanent opportunity. The compensation for this position is $36 per hour, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-site presence at our headquarters for two days each week.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Maintain precise records of benefits enrollment, modifications, and terminations within the HRIS.
  • Utilize analytical skills to resolve issues and maintain attention to detail.
  • Facilitate effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in benefits administration and HR compliance.
  • General HR experience with a strong focus on benefits program management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Workday and other benefits administration platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Compensation: $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote opportunity.
