Role Overview:

  • Formulate, present, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing client operations and maximizing the benefits derived from our platform.
  • Supervise Professional Services initiatives with media clients across North and Latin America, ensuring the consistent achievement of results.
  • Lead a team of Client Strategists, assess performance, and provide recommendations for career progression.
  • Direct strategy, launch, and optimization projects with clients, identifying optimal use cases and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to guarantee successful project execution and offer expertise in subscription revenue enhancement.
  • Conduct client presentations, identify challenges, and develop proposals for Professional Services projects.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of pertinent experience in client strategy.
  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, audience engagement, and social media strategy.
  • Based in New York City; willingness to be present in the office at least two days per week.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and strong analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, MS Office, and Apple software.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
