We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual for the role of Pest Control Service Representative.

We encourage applications from candidates with backgrounds in various industrious blue-collar fields, including construction, lawn care, landscaping, retail, grocery, sanitation, and other customer service-oriented professions. If you possess the right attitude and customer service skills, we will provide the necessary training to ensure your success.

Compensation:
  • $20 - $22 per hour
  • Incentives available through sales commissions, performance reviews, and more

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct residential pest management service routes with exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and pest-related issues using integrated pest management techniques
  • Perform all tasks required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional, including customer consultations, inspections, and appropriate treatments
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other job-related items
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and training
  • Utilize handheld devices for customer routing, billing, and processing service orders
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Pass a required background check and drug screening and be authorized to work in the US
