  • Laboratory Inventory Management. You will schedule dates for recycling or disposing of ingredients or products, managing the Dommer list. You will conduct inventory audits and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain acceptable inventory levels.
  • Regulatory Compliance Assurance. You will stay informed about food safety regulations and quality assurance practices. You will ensure all products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.). Ideally, you are knowledgeable about FDA, BRC, and other relevant audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrity and Accountability. You demonstrate an analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving. You possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills. You exhibit effective and professional verbal and written communication abilities. You are highly collaborative and can work across departments, guiding and influencing the work of those around you.
  • Technical Proficiency. You have a solid understanding of quality assurance processes in food manufacturing, including experience with Dommers. You are adept with QA testing methods and tools, including sensory evaluation, microbiological testing, and chemical analysis.
