Job Summary

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide advanced support to our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing calendars, and preparing reports and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
