- Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new services
- Oversee social media accounts' layout
- Organize/coordinate pre, during, and post-job pictures
- Review proposals prior to submission to ensure they are in line with Corenic standard guidelines, error-free, and contain all required components
- Plan and coordinate with the Estimating team to layout process for bid submission and obtain necessary information for bids, including timelines and due dates
- Assist the administrative team with tasks such as mail handling and postage, snack and coffee replenishing, answering phones and greeting guests/visitors, FedEx and shipping, and inventory
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- 3-5 years of experience supporting a marketing team
- Prior experience with marketing tools and software
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or content creation
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software desired
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
