- Communication: Respond to and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate office or individual, and maintain open communication with colleagues and clients.
- Organization: Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment, with a focus on administrative support and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to organize and handle multiple tasks, and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma required, higher education a plus.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Security Clearance: Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
