Role Summary: As the Senior Culinary Manager at Vets Hired, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate menu development, food production, and delivery across multiple facilities.

• Collaborate with supply chain partners to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste.
• Participate in strategic planning to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in culinary operations.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in culinary management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
