Position Overview:
Under the general guidance of the IT Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all computer and telecommunication systems for the facilities.

This role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $18 to $22.

Venue Information:


The Bank of Oklahoma Center, also referred to as the BOK Center, is situated in a central location and is recognized as the leading sports and entertainment venue in the greater Tulsa area.

With a capacity of 19,199 seats and a total area of 565,000 square feet, it is designed to host concerts, family shows, and various special events, having been acknowledged multiple times as one of the finest venues in the nation.


The Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC), located in the Arena District, is a contemporary and award-winning facility offering over 275,000 square feet of adaptable meeting space.

Owned by the City of Tulsa for over five decades, the CBCC has hosted a diverse array of events and proudly serves the local community and visitors from around the globe.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess the priorities for event coordination to ensure the computing, internet, and telecommunication requirements of clients are met.
2. Supervise and ensure proper management and care of computer and telecommunication inventory, including supplies, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
3. Maintain safe working conditions and cleanliness in maintenance areas.
4. Develop, implement, document, and uphold effective facility maintenance policies, procedures, and programs, including preventive maintenance for all computer hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Communicate effectively in basic English to interact with customers, supervisors, and colleagues.
7. Uphold a professional work ethic.
8. Ensure all IT storage areas are organized, clean, and secure.
9. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. 1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2. A two-year degree or certificate in computer and telecommunication systems is preferred but not mandatory.
3. A minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
