ABOUT THE ROLE

WNDR is seeking a senior executive to establish the operational foundations of the organization and strategically position our brand for future growth. Under the visionary guidance of WNDR's Founder, the Chief Executive Officer will be accountable for maintaining the financial integrity and operational excellence of the institution.

Based in our flagship location, this individual will cultivate and lead a diverse and passionate team of creators, innovators, and doers towards a unified vision of inspiring awe through a unique interactive experience. A true leader, the Chief Executive Officer will manage the organization comprehensively, across all departments and disciplines, effectively articulating, coordinating, and motivating our team towards shared objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversee operations and provide strategic direction across the organization.
  • Develop and implement company practices, policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Guide and direct marketing, events, and retail teams.
  • Establish, monitor, and achieve goals to enhance WNDR's profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue generation opportunities.
  • Regularly engage with leadership to make informed strategic decisions, ensuring efficient departmental operations and alignment on objectives.
  • Lead overall strategic planning in collaboration with WNDR's Founder and executive team members.
  • Ensure the programmatic and fiscal integrity of the organization.
  • Inspire and lead a small, agile team of innovators across various business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within operations.
  • Experience in building and managing operations in hospitality, theater production, theme parks, events/tradeshows, or other experiential environments is highly preferred.
  • A proven executor with strong organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-project startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring profitability.
  • A strong motivator, skilled in cultivating diverse team talents and maintaining high standards across multiple locations and departments.
  • Effective public speaker with strong oral and written communication skills, capable of inspiring change management.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of business functions, including marketing, finance, and human resources.
