**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team at Northern Light Mercy Hospital. As a Medical Unit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the OB-GYN Unit in Mercy Fore River.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Processing physician orders and coordinating safe patient transport
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefits and Compensation**

  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Variable schedule with 8 hours of work per week

**Required Qualifications**

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
