  • Answer multi-line phone system and respond to routine questions or forward to appropriate party
  • Keep reception area well organized, with pertinent information on all programs and services easily accessible
  • Provide excellent customer service, administrative support, and problem-solving related to prospective students, departmental records
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan, index, and match documents to applicant records
  • Perform data entry and data corrections
  • Coordinate bulk shipments of Admission publications
