Behavioral Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our team at Community Care Alliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical and psychiatric needs, providing crisis intervention and medication administration as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
- Administer medications per standing orders, maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to BH Link protocols.
- Coordinate admissions with referral sources, ensuring timely and efficient transitions for clients.
- Perform medication reconciliation reviews, identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly.
- A valid RN license in Rhode Island is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with psychiatric and/or substance abuse issues.
- An ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment is essential.
- Strong assessment and communication skills are required for this role.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
