Job Summary:
Hop Health is seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to join our Hospice Care Team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide nursing support, teaching, and training to staff, patients, families, and caregivers.

About the Role:
The Night Supervisor will work closely with the Clinical Manager and other team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery. You will be responsible for acting as a resource for RNs, assuming Charge RN responsibilities, and assisting with admission processes. Your strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities:
* Acts as a resource for RNs on all aspects of patient care
* Assumes Charge RN responsibilities during evening hours, taking referrals from the field staff, referral center, and triage
* Assists with admission process and ensures efficient, timely, and safe patient transitions to and from the Inpatient Unit
* Demonstrates proficiency in Omnicell functions
* Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of the nursing process, coordinating all aspects of patient care from initial assessment through discharge

Requirements:
* BSN or 1-3 years of related experience or training
* Hospital care and/or hospice experience preferred
* Demonstrated acceptable patient care and 'high tech' skills

Benefits:
