Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and adaptable individual to join our team as an Executive Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling phone calls and inquiries, coordinating schedules and appointments, and assisting with marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate and manage schedules and appointments for our team
  • Assist with marketing communications, including emails and newsletters
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Manage email communications and handle mail
  • Support various special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Schedule
  • Part-time or full-time
  • Part-time (30 hours per week): Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm, In-Person
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, In-Person
Compensation
  • $20 an hour
