About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for retaining current clients, designing and executing individual business plans, and identifying and understanding client operations, risk, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain current clients and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth.
  • Design and execute individual business plans to meet client objectives and risk management needs.
  • Identify and understand client operations, risk, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and team members to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Lead the marketing effort to promote IMA Financial Group's services and products.
  • Manage client accounts receivables and ensure timely payment.
  • Adhere to all company systems and procedures, including quality management and control.
  • Develop business partnerships with underwriters to drive growth and revenue.
  • Assist team members in their career development and provide support to all colleagues.
  • Network within the community and centers of influence to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team approach atmosphere.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to utilize approved information technologies effectively.
  • State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses and appropriate non-resident licenses as required.
  • College degree or CPCU preferred.
