Regional Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through account penetration, sales, and marketing activities. Your primary goal will be to achieve profitable growth by building a business plan, collaborating with marketing and demand generation teams, and creating new business-building opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships in the assigned territory of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
- Develop and execute business plans to maximize profitability and grow sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to proactively reach potential customers.
- Work closely with Applications Support to demonstrate product solutions.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for future product enhancements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales, preferably with 5-7 years of experience in Regional/Territory sales.
- Experience working with technical and mechanical products, preferably with DC Tool experience.
- Experience using a modern sales CRM like Salesforce, Netsuite, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- A proven track record of success in account development, new business development, and project management.
- A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. This figure is subject to change based on individual qualifications and performance.
