Regional Sales Executive for Surgical Products in New England

At Synergy Sales Recruiting of LA, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive to join our team in the New England area. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our Women's Health Company's surgical sales presence in the region, focusing on surgeons of various specialties including General Surgeons, ENT, Plastics, and Breast Reconstruction, among others.

Responsibilities:
- Sell surgical products to surgeons in the operating room, developing strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and a good health profile to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of documented and verifiable sales experience in procedural surgical sales.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with surgeons, medical professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of $75,000 - $80,000, with an OTE of $173,000.
- A quarterly bonus of $2,000 for every quota achieved at 100%.
- A car allowance of $700 + gas.
