Regional Sales Manager, New England

Tempus is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the New England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
