Role Overview:

TEC Group, Inc. is seeking a proficient IT Systems Analyst to enhance their operational capabilities. This position involves working under general guidance to evaluate system user requests, propose enhancements, and deliver critical support to users. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, development, testing, and documentation of both new and existing software applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users to identify their requirements, assess potential solutions, and evaluate the effects of modifications on application systems.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize support requests to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Track project advancements and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Recognize recurring challenges and proactively suggest measures to avert future complications.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Advise on process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
  • Provide continuous support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with IT personnel, business associates, and external partners.
  • Conduct testing of software modifications in development settings to evaluate potential impacts.
  • Implement regular software updates and enhancements to uphold system integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A systematic and logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and JDE.
  • Prior experience in the IT or computer industry is beneficial.

Educational Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in application support systems, along with a Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related discipline. Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience and education that equips the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge will be considered.
