The Senior Financial Analyst - Project Finance is integral to advancing project finance strategies within the organization. This role entails managing project financial planning, operational oversight, Statement of Work (SOW) assessments, and billing assistance. Mastery of the SAP project system module is crucial, as it serves as the primary tool utilized by Hyundai AutoEver America. Effective collaboration with project managers is essential for achieving success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting and Analysis (40%): Formulate and sustain financial forecasts and projections for various projects. Evaluate discrepancies between actual expenditures and budgeted figures.
- Project Financial Management (30%): Supervise the financial operations of projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits and financial protocols. Offer insights on cost management and project system documentation.
- SOW Evaluation and Billing Assistance (20%): Analyze Statements of Work (SOW) to confirm precision and alignment with financial strategies. Provide billing assistance, ensuring that invoices are generated accurately and punctually.
- SAP Project Assistance (10%): Employ the SAP project support module to streamline financial processes and reporting. Guarantee data integrity and accuracy within the system.
- Collaboration and Communication (10%): Maintain consistent communication with project managers to grasp project dynamics and financial needs. Collaborate across departments to tackle financial challenges and aid in decision-making processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel (capable of developing macros).
- CPA designation is preferred.
