Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role at Advanced Disaster Recovery, responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth. This involves generating new business and nurturing existing relationships with Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, and other industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Steward existing client/partner base and create new account relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships and stewarding the customer experience.
  • Deliver effective, consultative sales meetings and maintain exceptional internal and external customer communication.
  • Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas and goals, and create sales activity reports.
  • Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies.
  • Identify and initiate contact with target customers and influencers, and visit job sites to support customer experience excellence.
  • Actively participate in industry-related trade organizations and make presentations to small groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills, professional appearance, and decorum.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
