We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nightlife and Events to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nightlife and events at our new concept in Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage VIP memberships, VIP tables, and all bottle service
  • Oversee events and private parties, including social and corporate events
  • Respond to customer inquiries and draft proposals and contracts
  • Organize all arrangements related to event advancement and execution
  • Manage meals and special events in our food and beverage venues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in nightlife and events management
  • Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and event etiquette, guest relations, and high-end service standards
  • Ability to operate independently and with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to provide direction to operations staff and ensure high guest satisfaction
