Nightlife Director

As the Director of Nightlife, you will oversee the VIP memberships, VIP Tables, and all Bottle Service at our new high-volume bar/restaurant/nightclub located in the heart of Charlotte. This role requires prior experience in working in a nightlife environment and events, as well as knowledge of restaurant, bar, and event etiquette, guest relations, and high-end service standards.

The successful candidate will manage events and private parties, respond to customer inquiries, draft proposals and contracts, and organize all arrangements related to social and corporate event advancement and execution. They must have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to provide direction to the operations staff to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

The ability to handle multiple customer and operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often within time-sensitive deadlines, is required.
