Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide administrative support to our Program Directors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Program Directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with communication and correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contact information and program data.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and presentations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including reconciling expenses and preparing invoices.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Program Directors and team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on program support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in virtual meeting platforms and other office systems technology.
Work Environment

The Program Assistant will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional support to the Program Directors and team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
