Client Relations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assists clients by managing enrollments and conversion communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepares documentation for processing by collecting, categorizing, organizing, and recording relevant data and materials.
  • Facilitates enrollments by reviewing and verifying documents, audio files, and data transmissions, while troubleshooting and resolving any processing challenges.
  • Manages conversion communications by aligning requirements and formulating strategic plans.
  • Delivers insights by gathering, evaluating, and summarizing information, while addressing client inquiries.
  • Addresses client concerns by investigating issues and drafting responses, escalating non-standard complaints and potential legal matters to appropriate departments.
  • Upholds service quality by monitoring performance standards and informing management of potential issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an office or business environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tracking software is beneficial.
  • Fundamental computer proficiency is required.
