We are currently looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. This pivotal role within our sales department is responsible for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with both existing and potential clients. The position encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, management of customer accounts, provision of top-notch customer service, and facilitation of troubleshooting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in nurturing and sustaining strong relationships with clients and prospects through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative responsibilities such as overseeing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) processes to ensure effective handling of returns and replacements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating troubleshooting processes promptly.
  • Material Specifications: Assist clients in understanding material specifications by providing necessary information and support.
  • Customer Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or needs.
  • Sales Support: Aid the sales team by preparing sales documents, proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and other key metrics for review.
  • Troubleshooting: Facilitate troubleshooting processes for customer issues, collaborating with other departments as necessary to resolve problems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service and sales support processes and assist in implementing improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Positive demeanor and proactive problem-solving approach.
