KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone and online inquiries
  • Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor and a warm smile
  • Handle all incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Manage and process incoming mail
  • Coordinate new client appointments
  • Oversee and maintain the referral system
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while focusing on client needs
  • Provide support to Administration and Legal Case Managers
  • Perform general office tasks, including answering and transferring calls, typing, and operating office equipment
  • Maintain a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all clients
  • Keep the front office and kitchen areas tidy as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
