Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Reception Area Management: Uphold the aesthetic appeal of the reception area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients and their pets.
  • Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients and their pets with a friendly demeanor, addressing inquiries and prioritizing client concerns effectively.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a smooth daily workflow.
  • Client Check-In/Out: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for clients, including payment processing.
Emotional Support

Our Client Services Coordinators provide compassionate emotional support to clients during challenging times, demonstrating empathy and understanding in various situations.

Work Environment
