Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to welcome a full-time Client Services Coordinator to our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both potential and existing clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will also assist in various administrative tasks to support the Sales Manager in the daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle incoming calls to schedule appointments and address general inquiries.
  • Confirm appointments, maintain client records, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with follow-up calls to clients regarding consultations and promotional events (no cold calling involved).
  • Support the Sales Manager and medical staff with clinic operations, including treatment room maintenance and event coordination.
  • Process financial transactions accurately.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
  • Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Physical ability to lift 20-40 pounds.
