Position Overview
We are seeking an on-site Client Engagement Specialist/Manager who will excel in delivering outstanding service to our clients' creative teams. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in the printing sector, with a strong focus on color digital printing and assembly. The selected individual will oversee all administrative and production tasks to fulfill time-sensitive project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with technical and creative teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of their requirements and expectations.
- Provide additional digital graphic or print design services, including reviewing client artwork, preparing client files for printing, coordinating press checks, creating mock-ups, and implementing revisions based on client feedback.
- Manage workflow scheduling and project oversight to guarantee that deadlines are met and all projects are executed within budget and in line with standard operating procedures.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including inventory management, supply procurement, maintenance of small format printers, print finishing, and large format plotters, as well as supporting conference room setups and meetings.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Familiarity with production equipment and materials.
- Understanding of bindery processes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in client interactions both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to articulate department capabilities and company offerings to both potential and existing clients.
- Highly developed organizational abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
- Effective communication skills for delegating tasks and explaining procedures to team members.
