- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead front-end and service desk/kiosk associates, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective work schedules to meet business traffic requirements.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company safety standards, and reporting any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash pickups and change orders, verify customer IDs, and observe store policies pertaining to the acceptance of checks and the sale of tobacco/alcoholic beverages.
- Performance Management: Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of front-end and service desk/kiosk associates, providing recognition of accomplishments and constructive counseling when necessary.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic technical skills, including proficiency in cash handling and service desk/kiosk operations.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Business Acumen: Possess a basic understanding of business operations and store management principles.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
