Customer Service Representative Opportunity

U-Haul is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Answer customer questions and educate them on products and services, building trust and loyalty.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Fulfill propane and drive a forklift, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
