Territory Account Manager

At STERIS, we are committed to providing innovative healthcare and life science solutions to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving revenue and margin growth, and negotiating long-term agreements with key customers in the Americas Sales Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and margin growth in assigned territory
- Negotiate and secure long-term agreements with key customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Evaluate account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of sales experience selling complex technical products, preferably in healthcare
- 5 years of experience negotiating and securing long-term, strategic agreements
- 5 years of consistently outperforming sales targets and being recognized and awarded for results
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
