Job Title: Territory Account Manager

At STERIS, we are committed to providing innovative healthcare and life science solutions to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving revenue and margin growth, and negotiating long-term agreements with key customers in the Americas Sales Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and margin growth in assigned territory
  • Negotiate and secure long-term agreements with key customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Evaluate account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of sales experience selling complex technical products, preferably in healthcare
  • 5 years of experience negotiating and securing long-term, strategic agreements
  • 5 years of consistently outperforming sales targets and being recognized and awarded for results
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional leadership skills
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
