Territory Account Manager

STERIS is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive revenue and margin growth within an assigned territory of the Americas Sales Region. The successful candidate will develop strong business relationships, understand customer needs, and negotiate favorable long-term agreements with critical territory account customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate account performance against established objectives and identify strategies to ensure achievement of targets.
- Educate customers on the value propositions of STERIS sterilization methodologies.
- Collaborate with partners in AST on customer meetings to drive outcomes that increase sales and profits.
- Utilize understanding of customer needs to recommend new products and services to improve efficiency and customer value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of sales experience selling complex technical products, preferably in healthcare
- 5 years of experience negotiating and securing long-term, strategic agreements
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
