Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Officer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate the storage and disposal of documents in accordance with regulations
  • Handle company car and driver matters, including booking platforms and expense management
  • Procure and maintain office equipment, stationery, and supplies
  • Manage corporate mobile phones and lines, and maintain phone directories
  • Support office leasing and maintenance, including upkeep of office premises
  • Handle employee lockers and cabinet allocation
  • Support crisis management, including business continuity planning and emergency response
  • Manage emergency kits and stockpiles
  • Coordinate fire drill preparations and safety confirmation exercises
  • Handle SMCCI matters, including application, certification, and updates
  • Manage courier services and related work
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of new staff
  • Organize and coordinate company events and activities

Requirements:

  • Hold a GCE O Level with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Have knowledge and experience in handling corporate affairs-related matters
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to multitask and work independently
