Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the General Office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to students' requests and inquiries at the General Office
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and School Leaders
  • Receive and process forms and documents submitted by students
  • Assist in recording incoming and outgoing mail
  • Sort and file general office documents
  • Perform simple data-entry tasks
  • Receive deliveries to the General Office
  • Provide general administrative support to office operations

Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum 3 or more GCE O Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or N level certificate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)

Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
