Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate conferences, meetings, and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, catering, and audio-visual, to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives to provide tailored support.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements, to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs to ensure event spaces meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including agendas, schedules, and welcome packets.
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in conference planning, event management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
