We are seeking an experienced Associate Human Resources Representative to join our team at Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. in Lake Forest, CA or Louisville, KY.
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration of HR processes, including insurance billing and invoice processing.
- Process employment records related to benefits under the direction of management.
- Responsible for Worker's Compensation filings, records, reporting, and working with employees and managers when injuries occur.
- Answer employee questions and provide miscellaneous support with regard to HR projects/administration.
- Compile complex reports and prepare spreadsheets as needed or participate in complex data-gathering projects.
- Identify problem areas and make recommendations for correction.
- Stay in compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Associate Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years increasingly responsible HR experience in a combination of General HR, Benefits Administration, Employee Orientation/Training, and HR Records & Report Generation.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate experience in Excel preferred.
