Business Development Director for Red Circle

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth in the QSR industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts and excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to grow revenue in the QSR sector.
  • Research and pursue leads, attend industry events, and build a strong network of industry leaders.
  • Lead negotiations from start to finish, ensuring deals align with company growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and deliver value.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition through proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive movements to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Proven business development experience in the QSR or fast-food industry, especially with SaaS or technology solutions.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Outreach.io.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
