Business Development Director for QSR Industry

At Red Circle, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation with our AI-driven platform tailored for the fast-food and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our growth by securing strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue.
Your Role:You'll be the face of Red Circle in the QSR space, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that make a real impact. This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting targets and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Development Plans: Lead and execute business development plans to grow revenue in the QSR sector.
- Find and Pursue Opportunities: Research and pursue leads, attend industry events, and build a strong network of industry leaders.
- Drive Deals: Lead negotiations from start to finish, ensuring deals align with company growth targets.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and deliver value.
- Present and Pitch: Clearly communicate our value proposition through proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitive movements to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Proven Business Development Experience: Proven business development experience in the QSR or fast-food industry, especially with SaaS or technology solutions.
- Strong Network: A strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Long Sales Cycles: Experience managing long sales cycles with a consultative, solutions-based approach.
- Salesforce and Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like [insert tools].
