We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our growth by securing strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue.

Your Role:

You'll be the face of Red Circle in the QSR space, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that make a real impact. This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting targets and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Business Development Plans: Lead and execute business development plans to grow revenue in the QSR sector.
  • Find and Pursue Opportunities: Research and pursue leads, attend industry events, and build a strong network of industry leaders.
  • Drive Deals: Lead negotiations from start to finish, ensuring deals align with company growth targets.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and deliver value.
  • Present and Pitch: Clearly communicate our value proposition through proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitive movements to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Proven Business Development Experience: Proven business development experience in the QSR or fast-food industry, especially with SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong Network: A strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Long Sales Cycles: Experience managing long sales cycles with a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • Salesforce and Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like [insert tools].
  • Travel: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
