Sales Development Representative

Staff Zone, a national leader in construction staffing, is seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to commercial construction, industrial, and special event companies.

With a competitive base salary, monthly commissions, and additional bonus opportunities, the sky's the limit at Staff Zone. We have NO CAP on what you can earn with us.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
- Ability to aggressively close new business
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Pass a drug screen
- Adapt to and perform in inclement weather
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales, marketing, and business development
- Track sales leads, visiting regular and prospective customers, gaining new business, and maintaining good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)
- Quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales forms/customer applications
- Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members
- Record customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software, transmit reports to management weekly
- Assist with operations at the Branch as needed
