Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue Strategic Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify, quantify, and develop tailored programs to drive growth within our fleet segments.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and plans for potential new business with key accounts.
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Identify growth opportunities and design tailored plans by region and account, executing growth strategies to target both new and existing customers.
- Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, facilitating regular meetings and generating and reviewing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop mutually beneficial solutions and drive sustainable growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development within the fleet management industry.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of penetrating highly strategic B2B accounts, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting market trends, and strong project management skills.
