Job Title: Territory Manager

At Vestis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our service territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coach Route Sales Representatives to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer accounts and increase revenue
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and service management
  • Proven track record of growing customer accounts and increasing revenue
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
