At Vestis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our service territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coach Route Sales Representatives to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer accounts and increase revenue
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- 2+ years of experience in sales and service management
- Proven track record of growing customer accounts and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
