YOUR ROLE AS RESTAURANT MANAGER

Envision your day at Chaupain Bakery as you manage operations with accuracy, ensuring adherence to company standards. From recruiting and training staff to overseeing inventory and ensuring smooth service, your leadership will set the standard. You will represent our establishment, guiding customers through their orders and maintaining a calm atmosphere. Your proactive approach, combined with a focus on profitability and outstanding customer service, will drive the success of each shift. You will play a vital role in our dynamic team by responding to customer feedback, conducting daily inventory checks, and leading by example.

Here’s what we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in casual dining management
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in training, mentoring, and supervising staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant industry, including P&L statements and cost management, as well as innovative strategies to boost sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and cash handling
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and remain mobile for extended periods
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
